General Clauses

Any dispute regarding the website or its services will be resolved according to Israeli law only, without applying foreign choice of law rules or international conventions.
Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute is given to the competent courts in the Tel Aviv district, and you waive in advance any claim regarding lack of jurisdiction or inappropriate forum.
The company may approach any competent court to obtain injunctions, if necessary.
This agreement does not create a partnership, employment, agency, or franchise relationship between the parties.
A waiver by one party of any term violation will not be considered a waiver of any other violation.

Any cause of action regarding the website or its contents will expire after one year from its creation.
If any section is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply in full.

All communication between the parties will be in writing, in Hebrew or English, via email or correspondence through phone or WhatsApp.
A printed version of these terms and/or any electronic message will be considered admissible evidence in any legal or administrative proceeding.
